Tallahassee, FL Territory | Remote | Outside Sales

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

LocaliQ, part of the USA TODAY Network, is looking for a driven sales professional to build relationships with businesses across Tallahassee and the surrounding region.

This is a territory-based sales role where you'll develop new business, grow existing client relationships, and help local organizations reach more customers through marketing and advertising solutions.

Whether your background is in media, payroll, telecom, business services, healthcare, staffing, technology, or another consultative sales environment, we're interested in professionals who know how to prospect, build trust, and close business.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through phone, email, networking, social outreach, referrals, and in-person meetings
• Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business goals and challenges
• Present customized marketing recommendations designed to drive business growth
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting through close
• Grow and expand relationships with existing clients
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in CRM
• Partner with internal specialists who support campaign execution and client success

A Typical Week Might Include

• Meeting with local business owners and decision-makers
• Prospecting new accounts and generating appointments
• Presenting recommendations and proposals
• Following up on active opportunities
• Collaborating with internal experts to develop client solutions
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Managing your sales pipeline and territory plan

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, territory management, or outside sales
• Success prospecting and developing new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort managing a sales pipeline and sales activities in CRM
• Ability to learn new products and communicate business value to clients
• Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
