This is a high-impact role combining technical excellence with strategic finance business partnering, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and complex, multi-project environments.Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead a team of three and play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.Responsibilities:Management AccountingReview and enhance management accounting systems, processes, and controlsOversee the integrity of working papers and underlying ledgersReview monthly management accounts and recommend improvementsCoach and develop junior team members, providing hands-on supportFinancial AccountingReview statutory accounts, accounting policies, and technical treatmentsProvide guidance on refinancing, accounting standards updates, and project-specific policiesAct as a key contact for audit and tax partners, providing feedback and driving improvementsReporting & Business PartneringAttend project board meetings, providing insight on financial performance and technical mattersMonitor project deliverables in line with loan facility agreementsReview financial models and lead on budgets and cashflow forecastingBuild strong relationships with funders and key internal/external stakeholdersIdeal Candidate ProfileACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedProven experience in a multi-entity or multi-project environmentTechnically strong with the ability to translate financials into commercial insightStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at board levelHands-on, approachable leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleevesTrack record of progression across both academic and professional careerSalary & Benefits75,000 - 80,000 base salaryBonus schemeHybrid working modelOpportunity to join a growing, ambitious business with strong career progressionRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
