Senior Surveyor

The workload is diverse, combining day-to-day estate management with more complex and specialist instructions, offering excellent scope to build your experience and develop strong client relationships. We are open to candidates being based from either our Leeds or Warrington office.Main tasks:Day-to-day management of a coastal estate across the North of EnglandManaging marine and infrastructure-related commercial lettings, including jetties, wharfs, bridges, tunnels, pipelines, cables, marinas and mooringsUndertaking rent reviews and lease renewalsHandling new enquiries and negotiating leases, licences, disposals and consentsManaging encroachments across the estatePromoting and maintaining Health and Safety standardsAttending client, tenant and stakeholder meetings and eventsDelivering professional services including estate management, valuation, and landlord and tenant mattersSupporting the identification and development of new fee-earning opportunitiesContributing to business growth through cross-selling of commercial and infrastructure servicesProducing clear and accurate financial and client reports as requiredWhat will it take to be successful?We are seeking a RICS qualified Surveyor with experience gained within a professional services or consultancy environment, and a strong understanding of the property market, particularly in relation to infrastructure and coastal assets. You will ideally have experience working across a range of property sectors, with the ability to manage multiple instructions effectively and deliver high-quality, client-focused outcomes. A sound working knowledge of relevant legislation, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, will enable you to manage a variety of complex and interesting cases. You will be a confident communicator, commercially aware and comfortable building and maintaining client relationships, while taking ownership of your work and contributing to wider business objectives. A proactive, collaborative approach and a full UK driving licence are essential for success in this role.
