Logistics Coordinator

CoWorx Staffing Services has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in the Norcross, GA area working with one of our premier clients. Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support and manage domestic and international shipping operations . This role is critical to ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across global supply chains. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coordinating international shipments, working with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and navigating global trade compliance requirements. Key Responsibilitie sCoordinate and track international and domestic shipments from origin to final destinatio nPrepare, review, and maintain international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs form sWork closely wit h freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and vendor s to ensure smooth and compliant cross-border shipment sEnsure compliance with U.S. export/import regulations, Incoterms, and international trade law sMonitor shipment status, proactively resolve delays, and communicate updates to internal teams and customer sSchedule pickups, deliveries, and manage transportation logistics across air, ocean, and ground freigh tCoordinate warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment activities to support shipping timeline sAssist with rate negotiation, cost tracking, and freight invoice auditin gMaintain accurate shipment records and reports in logistics or ERP system sSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce cost s Required Qualifications (Must-Hav e)2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordinati onProven hands‑on experience with international shipping (require d)Strong knowledge of export/import documentation and customs procedur esExperience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international carrie rsFamiliarity with Incoterms, HTS codes, and international trade complian ceProficiency with logistics systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Exc elStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to deta ilAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environme nt Preferred Qualificati onsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fi eldExperience shipping to/from multiple global regions (EMEA, APAC, LAT AM)Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, or other regulated shipping environme ntsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or technology environme nts Key Competen ciesStrong problem-solving and communication sk illsHigh level of accuracy and follow-thr oughAbility to collaborate cross-function allyCustomer-focused min dsetAdaptable and proactive in managing ch ange Joi n Us Opportunity to work in a global, fast-moving logistics enviro nmentCollaborative and supportive operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
