About the Role:

As a CNA, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing basic care , including vital sign checks, feeding, and medication management
• Facilitating a safe and positive environment for our residents, including assisting with mobility and transfers
• Participating in interdisciplinary care planning to ensure our residents receive comprehensive and individualized care
