About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Strategic Initiatives to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of enterprise-wide growth, strategy, and transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the translation of strategic priorities into actionable plans, driving their execution, and establishing an Enterprise Program Management Office to oversee high-impact initiatives. This role demands a professional with a strong background in strategy or healthcare consulting, at least 5 years' of experience in a rigorous strategic environment, and a proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects. The Executive Director will work closely with executive leadership, influence the organization's strategic direction, and be instrumental in fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making. Candidates for this position should possess exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies and transformation programs. The role requires a hands-on approach, a high level of collaboration, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or other relevant advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have meaningful exposure to the healthcare industry, including various complex healthcare delivery organizations, and be adept at developing business cases, financial analyses, and performance metrics to evaluate strategic opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing professional to transition into an operating environment and take direct ownership of enterprise-level initiatives within a large and complex healthcare enterprise.
