Color & Additives - US &Canada | Holden, MA

As Human Resources Manager for Color & Additives US/CAN , you will play a visible leadership role across multiple manufacturing sites, shaping culture, strengthening the talent pipeline, and partnering with leaders to deliver business results within the Color, Additives & Inks segment.

This hands-on role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in manufacturing environments, builds trusted partnerships with operational leaders, and brings energy to talent development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and performance management
• Proven ability to influence leaders and operate strategically while executing tactically
• Business acumen with a track record of aligning HR priorities to operational and financial outcomes
• Experience using HR data and metrics to drive decisions
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP) a plus
