Partnership Specialist Salary Range $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 Salary Position Type Full Time Shift 6pm-6am Friday/Saturday/Sunday and 1 other day of the week. Onsite position. Description We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with Staffing Industry experience to join our great Partners Personnel Phoenix AZ team. Experience recruiting for a light industrial facility required. Benefits Salary Range $45,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience Compensation is determined based on job‑related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non‑exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position. Responsibilities Lite industrial recruiting (required) Bilingual in Spanish/English (required) Staffing Industry experience (required) Supervisory experience (preferred) Daily reports management Managing KPIs Weekly time clock and attendance management Payroll processing Daily walk‑throughs Safety observations Working with supervisors/managers to troubleshoot and shift associates to other departments Troubleshooting associate needs Attending meetings with management when necessary Qualifications Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing (a plus!) Recruiting for a production facility (required) Excellent customer service skills (required) Superior supervisory experience (required) Ability to drive and meet KPIs Strong Microsoft Office skills Experience with applicant tracking systems Experience with time and attendance management Bilingual Spanish and English (required) Understand this is NOT a remote position Background Checks This position may require a background check consistent with applicable law.
