IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Must have:
• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.
• Speaks Spanish fluently
• Experience in AWS
• Experience in banking, financial services
• Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacenter or application migration programs preferred.

• Excellent communication Provide dedicated IT project management support for the Project workstreams, ensuring effective planning, coordination and execution of all technology-related activities. Coordinate technical work across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency and Architecture teams, keeping deliverables, milestones and implementation plans aligned. Core skills o Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in complex technology transformation programs.
o Strong coordination skills across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and vendors.
o Experience tracking dependencies, milestones and delivery plans.
o Solid background in infrastructure, cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs.
o Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
o Strong financial awareness: budget tracking, forecast updates and cost governance.
o Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
o Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and tracking. Preferred skills o Experience in AWS, hybrid cloud or public cloud programs.
o Understanding of resiliency, DR, backup, network and infrastructure concepts.
o Experience in application migration or service transition programs.
o Banking/financial services experience.
o Ability to work with technical teams as well as business stakeholders. Qualifications o Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
o 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.
o Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders.
o Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, planning and reporting.
o Experience preparing executive updates and managing senior stakeholders.
o Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments preferred.
o Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacenter or application migration programs preferred.
