About this position Description: Salon Manager – Lead a High-Energy, High-Performing Great Clips Salon Great Clips is looking for an experienced Salon Manager who knows how to lead a team, manage a busy salon, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for an established salon leader with at least 2 years of previous salon management experience who understands the pace and efficiency required in a select-service salon specializing in haircutting . We’re looking for someone who can confidently balance leadership, daily operations, team development, and time behind the chair, all while delivering a great experience for every customer. If you’re an experienced manager who enjoys a high-energy environment, knows how to motivate a team, and is ready to take ownership of salon performance, we want to meet you.
