Starting salary of $47,000 per year Potential performance-based bonuses and incentives Opportunities to earn additional compensation based on salon and team performance Recognition and rewards for achieving business, service, retail, and leadership goals Leadership development and career advancement opportunities Professional development and continuing education to help you grow your career Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), giving you an opportunity to share in the company’s success Responsibilities Include: Lead and oversee daily salon operations to ensure a successful, efficient, and welcoming environment Lead, coach, motivate, and develop Service Providers and Guest Service Associates Build a positive, high-performing team culture centered around Kenneth’s values of Believe, Grow, Care, and Community Lead by example in delivering a luxury guest experience through outstanding service and hospitality Drive salon performance by focusing on guest retention, service sales, retail sales, productivity, and team development Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of salon team members Coach employees toward individual and team performance goals Recognize strong performance and provide meaningful feedback and coaching to help employees grow Manage scheduling, staffing, productivity, and daily operational needs Monitor salon performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve the guest experience Ensure Kenneth’s Brand Standards, Dress Code, Company Policies, and Procedures are consistently followed Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism, care, and urgency Build strong relationships with guests and team members to encourage loyalty and retention Lead retail initiatives by coaching the team on product knowledge, recommendations, and sales Oversee inventory management and appropriate product levels Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming salon environment Communicate company initiatives, expectations, and updates effectively with the salon team Partner with leadership and corporate teams to implement business strategies and achieve salon goals Other duties assigned based on the needs of the business Qualifications: Passion for beauty, hospitality, leadership, and creating exceptional guest experiences Commitment to Kenneth’s Salon + Spas brand and ability to model and reinforce our culture every day 3+ years of customer service experience required & leadership and managerial experience preferred Previous leadership or management experience in a salon, spa, retail, hospitality, or other service environment strongly preferred Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve results Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive culture Proficiency with salon scheduling software and basic computer systems preferred Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and 2–3 Saturdays per month Benefits with Kenneth’s Include: $47,000 starting annual salary Potential performance bonuses and incentives Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) 401(k) Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program Professional Development and Continuing Education Opportunities Leadership Development and Career Advancement Generous Employee Discounts on Services and Products Paid Time Off Life Insurance Accident and Critical Illness Coverage Short-Term Disability Insurance Grow Your Career With Kenneth’s At Kenneth’s, we believe great leaders create great teams—and great teams create exceptional guest experiences.
