Senior Business Analyst (Automation & Core Banking)

Analyse and improve business processes within core banking and banking operations.

Identify opportunities for automation, robotics, and RPA to improve operational efficiency.

Conduct business process analysis and workflow re-engineering to streamline existing processes.

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Create process maps, workflows, and solution designs based on business requirements.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable solutions.

Support banking transformation programmes by identifying process improvements and technology-enabled opportunities.

Facilitate discussions between business users and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned.

Contribute to the design and implementation of improved banking processes and workflows.

Experience working with core banking systems and banking operations.

Experience in business process analysis, workflow re-engineering, and process improvement.

Exposure to automation, robotics, and/or RPA initiatives.

Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.

Ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

Experience supporting or contributing to banking transformation programmes.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate business requirements into clear process and solution specifications.
