Crisis Hotline Specialist — Empathetic Mental Health Support

Signature Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Specialist, Crisis Hotline to be the first contact for individuals in mental health crises. You will provide crisis intervention, emotional support, risk screening, and resource referrals by phone, text, or chat, aiming to connect callers with immediate aid and appropriate services. As part of the team, you will document interactions in the EHR, adhere to HIPAA, and participate in ongoing trainings while working on-site with flexible hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr Signature Health, Inc.
