Daily Responsibilities Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. Wear your name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up-to-date on current trends and promotions. On the floor, focus on the customer – offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. Finish strong – share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name. Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities. Continuously seek to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results. Qualifications Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to: understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues. Meet daily sales goal challenges. Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information. Resourceful and eager to start a new venture, adapt to changing priorities, work independently while thriving in team dynamics. Handle electronic devices with no problem. Physical Requirements Talk, lift, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 lbs; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level. Requires good close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
