The Impact You’ll Make in this Role This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, including the delivery, pickup, and maintenance of cutting‑edge medical device equipment. Support customers on a regular basis, providing superior customer service and customer‑centric solutions. Prepare medical device equipment by cleaning and disinfecting it, along with disposables and related documentation for delivery. Track inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed. Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles. Attend training and other scheduled business functions that may require commercial air travel. Fill in for the Field Service Lead as applicable to ensure business continuity and provide local team daily guidance. Job Responsibilities Beyond the tasks outlined above, the Field Service Representative II will perform and assist in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies; clean, process, and maintain quality control of medical device equipment; conduct general housekeeping of the facility; and ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED or higher (verified prior to start). Five (5) years of customer‑facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. One (1) year of experience in a team lead and/or supervisory role. Current, valid driver’s license. Associate Degree or higher (additional qualification). Ability to work a non‑traditional schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties. Physical ability to meet the requirements of the position, including a fitness test as required by the Job Safety Analysis. Additional Requirements Drivers must satisfy pre‑employment and ongoing vehicle history reviews. The role may require entry into healthcare or other third‑party facilities that may demand specific licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Vaccination against COVID‑19 is required at least two weeks prior to the start date. Work Location & Travel On‑site in Springfield, Missouri. Up to 25% domestic travel. No relocation assistance is available. Benefits & Compensation The expected compensation range is $51,120 – $70,290, including base pay and variable incentive pay, if eligible.
