Salaried Maintenance Supervisor Pay: $50,000.00 per year Job description:A salaried Hotel Maintenance Supervisor leads the engineering team in maintaining a property's physical plant, guest rooms, and public areas. They ensure all systems operate efficiently, handle preventative maintenance, and enforce safety standards to minimize downtime and elevate the guest experience.Core Responsibilities· Full Room Maintenance: Direct and perform detailed repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative upkeep inside all guest rooms.· Upkeep of Common Areas: Oversee the continuous cleaning, repair, and aesthetic maintenance of lobbies, hallways, and public spaces.· Grounds Maintenance: Manage landscaping, exterior upkeep, debris removal, and overall curb appeal of the property.· Pool Cleaning: Ensure daily testing, chemical balancing, filtration management, and strict sanitation of the swimming pool facilities.· Team Leadership & Safety: Train staff, manage departmental budgets, and enforce compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations.Job Details & Schedule· Job Type: Full-time, Salaried· Schedule Requirements:8 hour shift + Emergency On-CallDay shift, Evening shift, and Night shift flexibilityWeekend availability requiredHolidays requiredQualifications & Requirements· License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required).· Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.· Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities with a guest-first mindset.Benefits· 401(k) and 401(k) matchingPartial health insurance after eligibility periodDental and Vision insurance plans offeredPaid time off (PTO) after eligibility periodEmployee discount Application Question(s):· Do you live within 30 minutes of Tybee Island?License/Certification: · Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
