Immigration Attorney

A client of Insight Global is seeking an Associate Attorney - Corporate Immigration to join a well-established legal team supporting employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients. This individual will manage a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions while partnering with clients, HR teams, and senior attorneys to provide strategic immigration guidance. Full Time Hybrid- 1-2 days a week onsite Job Responsibilities Manage a variety of employment-based immigration matters and visa petitions Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions and supporting documentation Advise corporate clients on immigration strategy, timelines, and compliance requirements Conduct legal research and communicate with government agencies as needed Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex case matters Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to legal resources and templates Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all casework Required Skills & Experience Must-Have Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active bar license in at least one U.S. state 1–3+ years of corporate/business immigration law experience Experience handling employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and other visa petitions Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing and reviewing legal filings, petitions, and supporting documentation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience advising corporate clients and HR teams on immigration processes and compliance Strong legal research and analytical skills Experience communicating with government agencies regarding immigration matters Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Prior experience mentoring paralegals or legal support staff Compensation: Ranges from $100,000- $125,000 a year annual salary.
