As an Experienced Copier/Printer Service Technician, you would shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment while promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products. What you will do: Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues. Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment. Manage inventory to company's specifications. Maintain car, tool kit, and supplies. Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees. Provide sales support, including advising sales about problems or sales leads. Maintain professional appearances. Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction. Managing time to be most effective Who we are looking for: Prior experience in maintaining and repairing copiers/printers Ability to troubleshoot and think independently Mechanical and electrical aptitude, and demonstrated skills Computer and analytical skills with knowledge of basic networking High School Diploma required An electronics or Computer associate’s degree is preferred Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
