Where is the work: Virtual What’s in it for you: You will work on high-visibility priorities that shape decisions across the business by turning complex data into executive-ready insights, use technology and AI to build tools, and develop dashboards that support organizational, SBU or regional leadership within Commercial HVAC. Additionally, you will be responsible for execution of financial billing processes for the organization, while maintaining financial accuracy and finding opportunities for improvement in these processes. You will join a collaborative environment where curiosity, practical problem-solving, and thoughtful communication are valued, with opportunities to mentor others, share best practices, and drive analytical excellence across the team. What you will do: Develop insights, analysis, and executive-ready presentations that provide insights to senior leadership for decisions across the organization, SBU or regions. Consult with business and executive stakeholders to turn requests into proactive analytical solutions, including identifying underlying needs that were not explicitly stated. Perform complex analysis and modeling to support decision-making and identify actions. Build and improve custom data products, dashboards, and reporting tools that support senior-level audiences and high-impact business decisions. Lead analytical work that supports a full function or large part of a strategic business unit. Partner with finance teams and organizational leaders to execute weekly and monthly billings, maintain billing accuracy, resolve issues, and escalate risks or errors when needed. Use the right mix of analytics tools, technology, and coding capabilities to solve problems efficiently and improve decision support Provide guidance, support, and informal mentorship to organizational leaders or technical contributors as needed. What you will bring: 5–7 years of experience in analytics, business insights, finance, strategy, or a related field. Strong ability to perform complex analysis, interpret results, and turn findings into practical recommendations for business leaders. Expert proficiency in Tableau, Dataiku, Excel and executive presentation development for data interpretation and presentation. Strong working knowledge of technology, analytics, and coding tools such as AI applications, Python, R, SQL, etc., with the ability to choose the right tools and techniques for the work. Experience with operational finance methods and systems, such as Trane Data Cloud, Oracle or similar, to support billing, reporting, or financial processes. Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions, influence senior stakeholders, and manage billing coordination with finance and business leaders. #ES25 Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $97,406.66 - $135,834.99 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
