Working under the Field Superintendent, the Foreman organizes daily work, assigns tasks, monitors production and workmanship, enforces safety requirements, and ensures the crew has the tools, materials, and equipment needed to complete assigned activities. The Foreman provides hands‑on field leadership and serves as the primary connection between the crew and the Field Superintendent. Monitor workmanship and verify that completed work meets project quality standards; report and correct deficiencies before inspection or acceptance. Maintain accurate crew‑level records for labor, equipment, materials, safety, inspections, and production; document progress and changed conditions and report daily accomplishments, issues, and upcoming resource needs to the Field Superintendent. Qualifications Minimum of six years of field experience in marine construction, heavy civil construction, waterfront construction, commercial diving support, or a related construction environment. At least two years of experience as a Foreman, Lead Person, or Crew Leader directly supervising field personnel. Demonstrated ability to lead a crew of five or more employees.
