Client Relationship Manager

Enervise has been in service for almost 40 years and continues to grow at a constant pace. Enervise is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The CRM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and optimizing their experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple clients while providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Role Responsibilities Client Engagement and Retention:

• Service as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Proactively engage clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Account Management:

• Manage client portfolios, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor and review client performance metrics, ensuring they receive value from our services.
• Provide regular status updates and check-ins with clients and senior management, including progress reports on ongoing projects, addressing feedback, and proactively identifying and resolving emerging issues.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to offer additional services.
• Support contract renewals, negotiations, and proposals to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and client needs.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

• Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to guarantee client needs are understood and met.
• Plan and lead regular meetings to review the status of ongoing projects, goals, and new opportunities.

Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience:

• Proven experience as a CRM or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in managing client portfolios and developing long-term business relationships
• Strong understanding of CRM software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in HVAC, Facility management, etc.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute revenue growth.
