City Of North Miami seeks an experienced administrator to supervise clerical staff in the Utility Billing and Lien division. You will handle public inquiries, manage past due accounts, and guide lien searches and settlements. Responsibilities include coordinating collections, setting up payment plans, preparing reports, and ensuring records and administrative controls meet policy goals.
