What You'll Do

• Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Conduct evaluations, design, and revise individualized care plans
• Provide therapies and home programs aligned with patient needs
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Complete documentation according to regulatory and unit standards
• Participate in education programs, case conferences, and community outreach activities
• Perform bedside swallow studies, diet recommendations, and outpatient VFSS for adult patients
• Work independently, representing a leading healthcare facility in Marshall, MI

What You Need

• Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Prior inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
