HR Generalist

Eagle, ID (Onsite)
$50,000 – $70,000 DOE

CV Resources is partnering with a growing organization in the Eagle area to hire an HR Generalist to support a team of approximately 50 employees across three states.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants broad exposure to all areas of HR and the opportunity to help build and improve processes. The company is open to candidates with 0–3 years of experience, including recent graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, approachable, eager to learn, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a hands-on HR environment.

Position Overview

The HR Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations across the organization, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, payroll support, compliance, and employee relations. This role will work closely with leadership and employees while helping develop and maintain HR processes as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Support day-to-day HR activities and serve as a resource for employees and managers

• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

• Help develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and processes

• Assist with HR reporting and administrative tasks

Payroll & Benefits

• Support payroll processing and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date

• Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, and employee questions

• Coordinate with payroll and benefits vendors as needed

Recruiting & Onboarding

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate communication, scheduling, and interviews

• Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork

• Help create a positive and organized new hire experience

Employee Relations & Culture

• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions

• Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives

• Assist with performance management and employee relations matters

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information

Compliance

• Help ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations

• Maintain required documentation and personnel files

• Assist with audits, reporting, and other compliance-related projects

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of HR experience preferred, but not required

• Recent graduates with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply

• Internship, administrative, recruiting, payroll, or other relevant experience is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Comfortable learning new systems and taking on a variety of responsibilities

• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within an HR career
