Integration Director

We're working with a high-growth global consumer brand on an exclusive search for a Director of Integrations. This is a leadership role at the center of a major enterprise transformation sitting at the intersection of architecture, operational excellence, and strategic delivery. About the Role You will inherit a mature, stable integration platform built on MuleSoft's three-tier architecture (Experience/Process/System layers) with 80%+ code reusability already in place. This isn't a build-from-scratch engagement; it's about institutionalizing what exists, creating structure and measurable outcomes, and leading the function through an active SAP S/4HANA migration. The environment spans MuleSoft, SAP S/4HANA, Databricks, Shopify, Amazon, and broader iPaaS/EDI tooling. You'll lead a team of 5+ onshore and offshore integration professionals and report directly to the Global Head of Technology. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of architects, senior developers, and developers across onshore/offshore resources Own the stability and reliability of all integration pipelines across eCommerce, ERP, data lake, and enterprise applications Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational frameworks with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations Manage integration project portfolio from intake through delivery Own platform licensing and contractor/MSP spend drive cost optimization and vendor governance Lead integration workstreams for the SAP S/4HANA migration Define the long-term integration roadmap including potential MuleSoft platform evolution (2027–2028 horizon) Qualifications 8+ years in enterprise integration; 3+ years leading integration teams Deep knowledge of integration architecture patterns, API design, and middleware platforms Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft (strongly preferred) or comparable platforms (Boomi, Informatica) ERP integration experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or NetSuite Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and data lake architectures Track record of building operational structure: SLAs, metrics, process without unnecessary bureaucracy Experience managing offshore/distributed teams and vendor relationships Strong executive communication: you can go deep technical or boardroom‑ready Required Skills SAP S/4HANA / SAP BTP experience EDI/B2B integration Background in CPG, retail, or consumer goods Pay range and compensation package Base up to $225,000 401K with up to 5% match Office shutdown between Christmas and New Year Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr R2 Global
