The SPM will develop, coordinate, implement, and manage all facets necessary to construct projects on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. This role provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients in all matters, as well as demonstrate the characteristics of a leader. Select Responsibilities: Ground-up project delivery and successful outcome from pre-construction through closeout Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications Participate in the procurement process and develop project budgets and schedules and logistics plan Determine appropriate milestones and assign staff qualified to handle the scope and complexity of the project Provide leadership and support to the project team.
