The Entegris site in Bedford, MA is currentlyseekinga talented and innovative Production Engineer who willsustainmanufacturing processesandproductquality assurance activities.Lead continuous improvement projects to drivesafety,process efficiency,andreduce product variation. This new hire will work closely with various business functions to support manufacturing processes and resolve customer product quality inquiries. WhatYou'llDo: Manufacturing & Process Excellence Sustain manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Drive improvements in safety, yield, throughput, cost, and process capability through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Support equipment troubleshootingby providing guidance and hands-onassistanceto remedy and correct issues. Support growth through capacity equipment and process qualifications. Quality & Compliance Own product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, from incoming materials through finished goods. Maintain process controls, risk management tools, and quality systems, including SPC, FMEAs, and Control Plans. Support customer, regulatory, and ISO audits while ensuring compliance with quality andchangecontrol requirements. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Lead root cause investigations for manufacturing and quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Reduce process variation through statistical analysis, process control strategies, and engineering solutions. Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to improve reliability, quality, and operational performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership Partner with Operations,Customer and SupplierQuality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to achieve businessobjectives. Support new product introductions, process transfers, scale-ups, and releases to manufacturing. Develop process documentation, work instructions, and operator training programs. Serve as a technical expert for manufacturing processes, metrology systems, and quality improvement initiatives. What We Seek: BS or MS inChemical Engineering,or similar related engineering field, or equivalent work experience. Professionalism, integrity, andhighdegree of accountability. Leadership skills and willingness to work with others. Ability to adapt toworkenvironment, workforceand customers' needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Documentation and technical writing skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical data to all levels of the organization and external customers. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Project management and organizational skills. OutstandingCandidatesWillHave: 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred semiconductor industry. "Safety First" attitude which is practiced with integrity and a high degree of accountability for end results. Proven experience leading complex investigations, implementing process control systems, and improving stability and capability. Expertisewith Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and other structured problem-solving tools. Understanding ofsemiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements.
