Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Pre‑scheduled visits in the patient’s home. Provide a medication and medical history review and perform a physical evaluation. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen. Manage other personal and clinical commitments while performing evaluations. Earn additional compensation via the pay‑per‑test model for visits where the health plan member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $3,000–$5,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). Increase your per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Independent Contractor, 1099 status. Flexible schedule; no nights or weekends required. State license required. Paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Travel benefits: airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility). Malpractice coverage. Availability incentives (based on weekly availability). Qualifications MD or DO and state medical license. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. What Physicians Say
