KeyResponsibilities

• Lead andmanage all aspects of the new vehicle sales operation.
• Consistentlyachieve and exceed monthly OEM objectives, market share goals, inventory turnrequirements, and performance standards.
• Forecastmonthly and annual vehicle sales, gross profit, and departmental expenses.
• Develop,coach, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on customersatisfaction and sales excellence.
• Manageinventory acquisition, ordering, merchandising, pricing, and aging strategies.
• Overseewholesale, retail, purchasing, and marketing activities within the salesdepartment.
• Utilizeinternet sales and inventory management tools including VAuto, E-CarList, andCRM platforms.
• Workeffectively with lenders and financial institutions to maximize opportunitiesand customer approvals.
• Ensurecompliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Handlecustomer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining exceptionalcustomer satisfaction.
• Maintaindealership policies, processes, and accountability standards throughout thesales department.
• Analyzereports, trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth andincreased profitability.

Qualifications

• Provensuccess as an Automotive Sales Manager, New Car Manager, or Sales Manager in ahigh-volume dealership environment.
• Demonstratedability to excel and exceed monthly standards related to OEM turn, salesobjectives, inventory management, market share, and profitability.
• Strongleadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Exceptionalclosing and negotiation abilities.
• Experiencemanaging inventory and utilizing digital retailing and inventory managementtools.
• Strongunderstanding of dealership operations, compliance requirements, and financialperformance metrics.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
