- Prepare and cook a variety of Mediterranean dishes according to established recipes.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet Pita Kitchen's high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal ingredients.
- Provide excellent service and support during peak hours.
- Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Passion for food and a positive attitude towards customer service.
