Nurse Practitioner

Nona Spine and Pain Institute is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing private pain management practice in Orlando. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and dependable NP interested in comprehensive pain management. Previous pain management experience is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. BILINGUAL REQUIRED Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory for this position. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive new-patient evaluations and follow-up visits. Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations. Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician. Review imaging, diagnostic studies, and medical records. Manage and monitor medications appropriately. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and procedures. Assist with interventional pain management procedures. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Coordinate referrals, diagnostic testing, and specialty care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR. Provide excellent patient communication and customer service. Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Work collaboratively with the physician and clinical team. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license. Board certification as an APRN/NP. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Current BLS certification. DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one. Fluent in English and Spanish – REQUIRED. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Excellent bedside manner and patient-centered approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pain management experience is preferred but NOT required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
