Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day activities and gain practical exposure to core HR functions. This internship role is on-site and based in Delhi, OH. Typical responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes such as screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records; supporting employee onboarding and documentation; and helping update HR databases and HRIS systems. The intern may also assist with organizing employee engagement initiatives, compiling HR reports and analytics, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities in a structured environment, working closely with HR professionals to understand HR operations in a diversified financial services organization. Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Human Resources concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders. Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines. Comfort with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn HR systems or databases. Analytical mindset and attention to detail for accurate documentation, data entry, and report preparation. Ability to work on-site in Delhi, OH, in a collaborative, professional environment. Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
