We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a short-term Contract opportunity supporting a 60-day pilot project in Irmo, South Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who excels at customer outreach, appointment coordination, and delivering responsive service in a fast-paced technology environment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute immediately while helping strengthen client engagement and business development efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to prospective and existing customers to introduce services, spark interest, and encourage meaningful engagement
• Schedule meetings and follow-up conversations for the sales team by managing outreach activity across phone and email channels
• Deliver attentive customer support by answering inquiries, addressing service concerns, and guiding contacts toward appropriate solutions
• Track interactions, outcomes, and next steps accurately while working across multiple browser-based systems and tools
• Identify customer connectivity-related issues and communicate details clearly to support efficient resolution
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customers to improve response rates and strengthen overall experience
• Collaborate with internal team members to support pilot program goals, share feedback, and highlight trends from customer interactions• Experience in call center support, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to manage detail-oriented email correspondence
• Comfort working in multiple browser windows and web-based platforms at the same time
• Ability to build positive customer relationships through clear, courteous, and timely communication
• Familiarity with identifying and responding to basic connectivity or access-related customer issues
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage follow-up tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Availability to begin quickly and support a 60-day contract assignment
