Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive developmental assessments of children to identify strengths and areas needing support. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment findings. Provide consultation and training to parents, caregivers, and educators on child development topics. Collaborate with other professionals, such as pediatricians and therapists, to ensure coordinated care. Document all assessments, interventions, and progress reports accurately and in a timely manner. Stay current with research and best practices in child development and early intervention. Requirements Master's degree or equivalent in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with children and families. Proficiency in various child assessment tools and methodologies. Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones from infancy through early childhood. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, including remotely.
