Qualifications :
- High energy, consistency, and professionalism in a fast‑paced luxury environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort working closely with culinary and service teams
- Ability to manage dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests with discretion
Responsibilities:
- Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen is correct, complete, and presented to the highest standard
- Cross‑reference each order with the ticket, working closely with chefs and servers while honoring dietary needs
- Deliver nothing short of perfection to the table, maintaining seamless timing and flawless execution
