Accounts Receivable AssociateOnsite, Grove City, Ohio $40,000 – $45,000The Accounts Receivable associate is responsible for effective management and problem resolution of the outstanding accounts receivable by ensuring timely receipt of payments from customers. This role includes reaching out to customers, vendors, and insurance companies to collect payment for overdue bills and payments. This Associate acts as a liaison between customers and vendors and our company's Finance Department.Accounts Receivable Associate ResponsibilitiesComplete collection calls to clients, vendors, and insurance carriersSupport the Business Manager with administrative assignmentsRecord all collections calls in our main operating system, RMSMake notes in our main operating system regarding payments in our main operating system, RMSComplete accounting reports in reference to collectionsReceive and take inquiries calls dealing with collectionsLiaison with Office Administrators, Management Team, Estimators, and Project ManagersComplete and provide status reports about collections to ManagementMonitor and respond to email inquiries dailyConduct the weekly A/R meeting with the Central Ohio production teamAll other duties as assignedAccounts Receivable Associate Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExcel skillsAccounting experienceGood communication skills
