About the Role: In this role, you will own static ad creative for Meta, TikTok, and Shopify. Twelve months in, you will have built and maintained a weekly pipeline of 20 to 40 new static ads driven by a shared Figma design system, an organized asset library in Kive.ai, and performance data from our media buyer. You will not be asked to run the ad account—you will be asked to keep it fed with high-converting creative.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 20 to 40 static ads per week for Meta and TikTok across standard placements (1:1, 4:5, 9:16).
• Efficiently swap hooks, offers, headlines, and school variants across ad batches.
• Work closely with the media buyer to analyze weekly winning/losing ads, identify performance patterns, and iterate on winning concepts for the next batch.

Design System & Asset Library Management

• Build and maintain a scalable ad design system in Figma using master components, auto layout, and variants for layouts, headline styles, badges, price blocks, and school color palettes.
• Manage and organize the asset library in Kive.ai, tagging product photography, lifestyle shots, and UGC stills by school, collection, and usage.
• Leverage Kive.ai to generate, iterate, and build concept boards rapidly.

Shopify & On-Site Graphics

• Keep the Shopify store on-brand by creating and updating homepage tiles, collection banners, product images, and promotional graphics.
• Pull accurate product titles, pricing, and links directly from Shopify to ensure total accuracy across all collateral.

Licensing & Brand Compliance

• Strictly enforce licensing guidelines by using only approved school marks, logos, and color codes provided in brand kits.
• Ensure all required trademark lines and legal elements are included on every asset prior to deployment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years designing paid social static ads for an e-commerce/D2C brand, with a portfolio of live, performing ad concepts.
• Figma Mastery: Expert-level skills in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and maintaining shared team libraries.
• Asset Organization Tools: Hands-on experience using Kive.ai (or a close equivalent) for asset tagging, organization, and AI-assisted concepting.
• Shopify Knowledge: Working knowledge of Shopify for editing theme sections, product/collection imagery, and promo banners.
• Speed & Production Focus: Ability to turn a brief into 10+ polished variants in a single day while maintaining high quality across sustained sprints.
• English Proficiency: Strong written English skills capable of drafting clear, native-sounding ad headlines and offer copy.
• Schedule: Availability for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo compositing/cleanup, and basic motion design skills in After Effects or Canva (GIFs/short video).
• Prior experience working with licensed goods, sports brands, or team-identity products where color precision and mark accuracy are critical.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center for trend research and competitive analysis.
• Passion for or familiarity with U.S. college sports and fan culture.
