Graphic Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Graphic Designer based in Canada.

This is a part-time graphic design role focused on bringing an established visual identity to life across a wide range of marketing channels. You will create polished static creative for websites, advertising, email, social media, packaging, and other brand assets. Working closely with creative and marketing stakeholders, you will translate art direction and briefs into production-ready designs. The role places a strong emphasis on artistry, visual taste, consistency, and attention to detail. You will adapt creative across formats and placements while maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand experience. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningful visual work within a mission-led, remote environment while taking ownership of multiple creative deliverables.

Accountabilities:

• Create high-quality static designs for websites, product pages, advertising, email, social media, packaging, and broader brand assets.
• Translate art direction, creative concepts, templates, and feedback into polished, production-ready visual assets.
• Work within and extend established brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, layouts, templates, and design systems.
• Adapt creative concepts across different dimensions, placements, formats, channels, and markets while maintaining visual consistency.
• Design advertising statics and carousels, along with graphics for email, social media, websites, and product pages.
• Support packaging and product design requirements while ensuring digital and physical creative remain cohesive.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Creative Strategist, and Retention Manager to understand briefs, requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously, incorporate feedback efficiently, and deliver consistently high-quality work at an agreed pace.
• Prepare and organize final assets accurately for their intended digital or print applications.
• Apply strong judgment across composition, typography, color, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.
• Work independently as a remote contractor while managing priorities, deadlines, communication, and deliverables reliably.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, range, taste, and quality across brand and marketing design.
• Artist-first approach with a refined eye for composition, typography, color, layout, hierarchy, and visual detail.
• Professional experience producing static graphic design across multiple surfaces, including web, social media, advertising, email, print, or packaging.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to execute established creative direction while maintaining a high personal standard of design quality.
• Experience adapting creative across different formats, placements, dimensions, and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce polished work across multiple deliverables.
• Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and manage multiple creative requests and deadlines.
• Strong organization, reliability, communication, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Commitment to creating original design work without AI-generated imagery, supporting an emphasis on authenticity and genuine visual storytelling.
• Experience with DTC brands, advertising and marketing creative, motion design, animation, packaging, or product design is a plus.
• Familiarity with Palestinian culture, heritage, or mission-driven initiatives is helpful but not essential.
