ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Sig Holcomb - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer phones and route to the appropriate team member.
Assist customers with basic questions and inquiries.
Take payments and follow up on past-due balances.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

SCHEDULE :

Part-time, 15-20 hours per week
Very flexible with scheduling
