How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Perform diagnostic imaging as a Radiologic Technologist, producing high-quality radiologic films to support accurate diagnosis and effective patient care.
• Prepare and position patients, select precise exposure factors, and administer contrast media within scope to ensure safe, compliant imaging procedures.
• Apply radiation safety standards and monitor patients during exams, promptly reporting abnormalities to protect patient safety and clinical outcomes.
• Submit complete, high-quality images and clinical documentation to PACS while maintaining accuracy of patient data and lead markers.
• Monitor imaging equipment performance, report malfunctions, and maintain a clean, organized radiology department to ensure operational efficiency.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Radiologic Technologist specializing in General Practice credentialed from the Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
  degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
