Tow Motor Operator/Manufacturing

Job Description

Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift, 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM// Train on 1st shift 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Days: Monday – Saturday — 6 days per week mandatory

We are currently seeking a Towmotor/Forklift Operator to join a busy heat-treat manufacturing facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, and looking for a position with the opportunity to become a permanent employee.

Previous forklift/towmotor experience is required.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: The 6-day work schedule is mandatory. Candidates must be available and willing to work Monday through Saturday.

Job Responsibilities

Operate a tow motor/forklift safely and efficiently
Move and stage materials throughout the facility
Load and unload materials as needed
Transport products and materials to designated areas
Assist with production and material-handling activities
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous towmotor/forklift experience preferred
Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work the required Monday–Saturday schedule
Ability to work overnight/3rd shift
Ability to successfully complete several weeks of 1st-shift training
Ability to work in a manufacturing/heat-treat environment
Must be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
