Press Operator - 1st shift

Stamping Press Operator We are seeking an experienced Stamping Press Operator to join our team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and experience setting up and operating stamping presses. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate stamping presses ranging from 20 to 400 ton Install and align tooling for production runs Monitor press operation to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometers Document production and maintain accurate records Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: 3+ years of stamping press experience preferred Ability to set up and operate presses independently Experience with precision measuring tools Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to work overtime as needed Schedule & Overtime: 1st Shift: 6:45 AM 3:15 PM Overtime is always available but not required Opportunity to work 50+ hours per week if desired Benefits: Competitive pay Medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off Holiday pay Weekly pay Referral program
