Metal Stamping Press Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Cleveland, OH 44109
Pay: $15.00/hour to start
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Crucial Link is hiring  Metal Stamping Press Operators for a manufacturing company located in  Cleveland, OH 44109 .

Starting through Crucial Link:

• $15.00/hour
• 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Temp-to-hire opportunity

Once hired directly by the company, employees immediately become eligible for additional benefits and incentives, including:

• Operate metal stamping presses in a manufacturing environment
• Load and unload parts into presses
• Remove completed stamped components
• Inspect parts for obvious defects or quality concerns
• Maintain production rates while following quality standards
• Use basic measuring or inspection tools as required
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all machine guarding, PPE, and workplace safety procedures
• Report equipment or production problems to supervision
• Perform other production duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing or metal stamping experience is helpful, but candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive production work
• Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
