We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Associate with hands-on experience in assembly, cutting, inventory, and precision production work to join our growing eyeglass manufacturing facility.

This role requires strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail while working with small components and materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing repetitive, precision-based tasks in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small eyeglass components accurately according to production specifications.

• Cut materials and components to required measurements and specifications.

• Perform detailed assembly work requiring strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Inspect completed components and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.

• Package finished eyewear according to established quality standards.

• Support inventory activities , including receiving, organizing, counting, stocking, and maintaining production materials.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate inventory and production records using company computer systems.

• Keep materials, tools, and workstations clean and organized to support an efficient production workflow.

• Assist other production areas and departments as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Previous hands-on assembly or production experience.

• Experience cutting, assembling, or working with small parts or components.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

• Ability to perform detailed, repetitive tasks accurately and consistently.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with measurements, specifications, and small components.

• Experience handling, organizing, or maintaining inventory.

• Ability to perform quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment without sacrificing quality.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong numerical accuracy and recordkeeping skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or warehouse operations

• Experience using cutting equipment, hand tools, or production equipment.

• Experience assembling small or precision components

• Inventory control, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience.

• Quality control or inspection experience.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment where accuracy, dexterity, and hand-eye coordination are critical

Physical Requirements

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for cutting, assembling, handling, and inspecting small components

• Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.

• Ability to maintain hand-eye coordination and focus during detailed production work for extended periods.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
