Position Details:
• Full-time, permanent
• Brand new service line.
• Would need at least 6-8 months notice before the hired candidate begins to start the service line.
• Start date: 2026
• Opportunity to build your own practice in collaboration with the hospital
• Diabetes Clinic is well established with APRN & RN Educator
• 100% Outpatient
• Hospital Employed Position
