Ochsner Health seeks an experienced Clinical Social Worker to support patients and families within a medical setting. The role applies advanced social work theory and ethics to restore or enhance psychosocial functioning and coordinate complex discharge plans. Minimum of an MSW and an active LCSW license in the state of practice is required, with at least five years of related experience; familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid is helpful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
