Sales Representative - Dental Staffing (Entry-Level)

Premier Workforce is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our dental staffing division throughout Indiana.This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or an individual looking to start a career in sales, recruiting, account management, or healthcare staffing. Responsibilities
- Visit dental offices and dental clinics throughout your assigned territory
- Introduce Premier Workforce's staffing and recruiting services
- Build relationships with dentists, office managers, practice administrators, and hiring managers
- Identify current and upcoming hiring needs
- Discuss staffing solutions for Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Front Desk, Billing, and Office Management positions
- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision makers
- Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing accounts
- Represent Premier Workforce at dental meetings, networking events, and industry functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable meeting new people and visiting customer locations
- Self-motivated and organized
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
