You'll be hands-on in structuring joint ventures, spearheading portfolio transactions, and navigating high-stakes financings for some of the biggest players in real estate. Think acquisition and disposition of trophy assets, construction and permanent financings from both sides of the table, and guiding REIT and fund transactions.
