Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple home care and hospice agencies to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize operations and patient satisfaction. Monitor agency performance metrics, preparing reports for senior leadership to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in management within the home care and hospice industry. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards related to home care and hospice.
