Our customers rely on us to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver results-and our office team plays a critical role in making that happen.Your ImpactAs our Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and administrative team. You'll support a team of 15+ technicians throughout Florida, ensuring service requests are scheduled efficiently, customers stay informed, and jobs move smoothly from start to finish.This is primarily an in-office position in Bradenton, with occasional visits to job sites as needed.The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the go-to person, can think on their feet, and takes pride in keeping multiple moving parts organized and on schedule.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch technicians to service calls and projectsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teamCommunicate with customers and provide timely updatesManage incoming service requests and work ordersTrack job progress from scheduling through completionCoordinate materials and job detailsMaintain accurate records within company software and customer portalsAssist with invoicing, documentation, and administrative supportIdentify scheduling conflicts and proactively solve problemsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, project coordination, or construction administration experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling softwareDependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedReliable transportationConstruction, maintenance, property management, or service industry experience is a strong plusWhy This Role MattersOur customers depend on quick responses, clear communication, and reliable service.
